Thanks for your interest in Convead, we’re glad you’re here! Let us introduce ourselves: we are an ambitious and actively growing team. Together, we form Convead, a service designed to boost the sales of online stores. Automation and optimization lie at the heart of our service; however, we are made up of ordinary people who care about every detail of our company. We work practically around the clock to make our service better, easier and more convenient for you.
Why are we doing this? We launched Convead with the goal of making life easier for online store owners. It all started with our online store, we thought it would be easy to constantly monitor its status but struggled to find a convenient and intuitive tool that would allow us to do so. For example, after sending out a newsletter, we saw that 27% of the newsletter’s recipients subsequently visited our website. Is that good or bad news? Did they all bounce, or leave after visiting only one page, or did they stick around and buy something? How could we know?
Or how about another example—from time to time, we would receive high-value orders. But what did the people who made these orders have in common? How did they get to our site? What did they look at before placing their orders? We could have been losing potential clients without even knowing it.
We probably ran the gamut of analytics systems, but the answers to our questions were still unclear and difficult to find. We could not see any real users behind faceless figures and had no clue what visitors were doing on our website.
So, we decided to tailor our online store to our own needs. We spent several months agonizingly integrating analytics services and trying different CRM systems. We came up with tons of code, but somehow our work became even more complicated and the amount of analytical data that we needed to process kept growing. Our technical director began to twitch his left eye—something was clearly going wrong. And then an idea suddenly came to mind. Instead of trying to integrate different services, why don’t we create our own analytics system? And so Convead was born.
Our friends use Convead, we use Convead, and we all wholeheartedly recommend our service. Now we are proud and happy to offer it to you—install and try! Trust us, you’ll love it!
Convead was founded on three core ideas:
Thanks to this, Convead makes managing your online store as simple and clear as possible, so you no longer have to spend countless hours struggling with different services and analytics systems.
Why did we decide to focus on visitors? Because visitors bring money to online stores, which means that understanding them and learning how to analyze their behavior is of the utmost importance to your business. Convead shows all your visitors’ actions in a simple, visual form on the sales funnel. With Convead, you will know where visitors came from, where they went, which products and categories they were interested in, what they put in their baskets, what they removed from their baskets, and ultimately, what they bought. Moreover, Convead allows you to segment and track the actions of narrow groups of people while understanding the interests and studying the behavior of every unique, individual visitor.
“We strive to optimize the work of online stores and make it simpler and more transparent, allowing owners to think more about how to boost sales and increase profits rather than setting targets or calculating variations in page depth.”

We strive to optimize the work of online stores and make it simpler and more transparent, allowing owners to think more about how to boost sales and increase profits rather than setting targets or calculating variations in page depth.
We have tried not to clutter Convead with excessive functionality and have left only those functions that are truly useful to businesses and address the problems that online stores face on a daily basis.
